广东种猪展销会时间确定

Determining the time of Guangdong pig fair

　　首届拍卖的种猪由种猪测定中心干1995年10日17日至1996年1日13日笫一次试测，共有来自11个种猪场的71头种猪，其中公猪56头，母猪15头。经过三个多月的检测，评选出特优级种猪28头。参加柏卖14头，最高价2.6万元/头，均价13878.5元/头。参加投标14头，最高价1.1万元/头，均价4285.7元/头。协会邀请香港畜禽业联会谭国柱先生为本届种猪柏卖师。协会决议，今后每年6月18日；12月18日定为广东种猪展销日。

Leaders of Provincial Bureau of animal husbandry and agriculture department
visited the breeding pig in the third pig Fair

The breeding pigs in first auction were tested by pig testing center during October 17th 1995 to January 13th 1996, totally 71 breeding swine, wherein 56 boar and 15 sows coming from 11 pig farms. After three months of testing,28 superior pigs were selected, in which 14 were for auction, and the highest unit price is RMB26000 and average price is RMB13878.5,and 14 were for bid, the highest price is RMB11000 and average price is RMB4285.7.Association invited Mr Tan Guozhu, Hongkong livestock industry association, as the pig auction division. Especially, Association determined June 18th and December 18th as Guangdong pig sale date in future.
