　　从组织培训班和研讨会，到成立专家委员会，发挥智囊团作用更好地服务会员在协会高速发展期，为适应新时代的要求，协会寻求创新。于2010年，协会成立了专家委员会，作为协会的参谋、咨询机构为协会会员提供服务。专家委员会划分为营养组、兽医组、育种与生产管理组等三个组别，成员基本上囊括了广东养猪科技方面最优秀、最活跃的专家学者，为协会会员、为我省养猪业在人才培养、科研发展、技术普及等方面做出了突出贡献，有力的促进了行业持续、健康发展。

from organizing training courses and seminars, to establishing a committee of experts and a think-tank to service members better In order to comply with the requirement in the high-speed development period, in 2010, association Committee of experts, as the advisory and consultant,formed for servicing the members of the association.Committee of experts contained nutrition group, veterinary group,breeding and production management group, which basically included the most active and best experts in Guangdong swine technology; it made outstanding contributions to Guangdong swine industry on talents cultivation, research and development, technology popularization and ect., and promoted sustainable and healthy development of pig industry.

　　2011年10月18日，江西省养猪行业协会组织了该省养猪企业共四十多人来粤参观考察，并举办了赣粤养猪业经验交流座谈会。

　　2011年10月28日，我协会在广东华农温氏畜牧股份有限公司举办种猪冷冻精液技术应用研讨会，邀请到西班牙种猪冻精技术的专家主讲种猪冻精的应用效果，为我省猪场技术人员提供学习国外先进种猪冷冻精液技术与交流的平台。

On October 28 2011, association held pig semen freezing technique application seminar in Guangdong Huanongwenshi livestock Limited, and invited Spain experts of boar semen frozen technology to give a speech on application effect of breeding pig semen frozen, which provided provincial pig farm technology staff a platform for learning and discussing foreign advanced pig semen frozen technology.
